Dr. Rashmi Sumanth works at the intersection of educational governance, institutional architecture, and leadership development — helping schools and families design transparent, future-ready education systems that truly serve every child.
With over 19 years of experience spanning Cambridge, IB, CBSE, ICSE, British, and American curricula, she has led academic transformation, curriculum innovation, and institutional growth — from Academic Director at Baldwin International School, Bengaluru, to Director of Studies at Vedic Wellness University, Florida.
Her academic background is as rare as it is deep: spanning education, psychology, naturopathy, AI & machine learning, botany, and the arts. Holding a Masters in Special Education and certifications in Music Therapy, she brings a profoundly human lens to how children — especially those with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences — are taught and celebrated.
Dr. Rashmi believes that every child has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Aura Saha is her answer to the question she has asked throughout her career: what does great teaching look like when it is truly built around the learner?
Beyond education, she is currently pursuing a PhD in Archaeology and conducting research on the ancient Shilpa Kala art form — a testament to a mind that never stops exploring the layers of human knowledge.
